How to use
Start with clean hands and a clean exerciser. Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant, then gently insert the exerciser while leaving the retrieval cord outside the body.

Begin with the lightest weight and progress gradually as your pelvic floor strength improves. Follow the included exercise routine for guidance.

Total V is intended for pelvic floor exercises and should not be used during sexual activity.

Water resistance
Bath-friendly and can be submerged up to 1 metre.

Care
Wash before and after each use with warm water and a toy-safe cleanser. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely before storing.
