How to set it up
Place the support bars securely over the top of a sturdy door, then fully close and lock the door before use.
Adjust the seat height using the strap locks. The lower straps can be positioned beneath the ankles or thighs, while the upper straps can be used as hand grips.
Always check that the door, frame, straps and supports are secure before putting your full weight into the swing.
